Book's I'm Wishing For: September Edition

Can you believe it’s September already? Where does the time go? O___O

Whilst there are lots of super sounding September releases, I’m actually only looking forward to one this month, compared to my normal wish list which usually contains a few titles. The book I’m very eagerly anticipating with all my might is the one and only, Burn for Burn! I’ve been waiting to read it since I first heard about it and it’s co-authored by Jenny Han, who became a favourite author of mine when I first discovered the Summer series. To say I’m excited is an understatement. Look out September 18th!

Check out simple, stunning cover, read the blurb and feel free to start getting excited, I'll just be over here doing some crazy dancing. Join in if you will ;)

BIG GIRLS DON'T CRY... THEY GET EVEN.

Lillia has never had any problems dealing with boys who like her. Not until this summer, when one went too far. No way will she let the same thing happen to her little sister.

Kat is tired of the rumours, the insults, the cruel jokes. It all goes back to one person– her ex-best friend– and she's ready to make her pay.

Four years ago, Mary left Jar Island because of a boy. But she's not the same girl anymore. And she's ready to prove it to him.

Three very different girls who want the same thing: sweet, sweet revenge. And they won't stop until they each had a taste.
What books are on YOUR September wish list? I’d love to know!

  1. Hmm... this sounds very interesting. I don't always like revenge-plot books, but this one intrigues me a lot. Adding it to my list and I'll pick it up if the library gets it. :D

    1. I wouldn't say revenge-plot books are my favourite (actually I don't think I've ever read a book about revenge...) but anything written by Jenny Han is a MUST :) Hope you enjoy it when you get round to it!

  2. Burn For Burn does look great. I'm especially interested in reading it because I adore Jenny Han and Siobhan Vivian. I hope you get your hands on it, Rebecca.

  4. "Where does the time go?" I'VE BEEN ASKING MYSELF THE SAME THING :o

Burn for Burn! The name Jenny Han alone has me captivated, considering I hear so much about the Summer series. I haven't read a lot of revenge-y books, so I think this one will be interesting to check out. Thanks for reminding me it's out this month!!

I haven't read a lot of revenge-y books either but as you know, I love, love Jenny Han, so anything things she writes is an automatic must! No worries, glad to remind you about it's release. Ha, what am I? A calender ;) hehe ♥

  5. This was a pretty good read, though I honestly can't remember much about it. Does that even make sense? Definitely one to check out :)
